Man, seriously it would be one hell of a fight. And if I ever got to witness it, I would cream in my pants 50 times in 1 second.

Let's do a rundown of both characters:

Firstly, Goku-
~ He is pretty much unstoppable in his super saiyan 4 form.
~ All the shit that he's been dragged through, seriously nothing can be compared to that.
~ His strength is incomparably incredible, in one episode he managed to do 1000 push ups on one finger with 50 times the gravity.
~ He has countless moves which are made for destruction.

Secondly, Superman-
~ NOTHING but kryptonite can HARM him, and even then kryptonite can't kill him, it just makes him weak.
~ His rejuvenating power is ridiculous, he seems to heal everything in just a matter of seconds.
~ While goku can also fly, in his old comics, superman literally fucking flew out to space and being the badass that he is, tied a motherfucking chain around an entire planet and pulled it to safety from crashing into the fucking sun.
~ Also Superman NEVER shows his full power/strength. So everything you've seen of him is just a percentage of his actual power.
